Ten cards

1 to 10, six to a sheet, so 2 sheets and 4 pages counting the backs. The card is 95 by 92.3 mm and both sides set at 64 pt, whereas the deck that runs to twenty has to drop its backs to 45.15 pt to fit “seventeen”.

The dots are the point at this end of the range

Under ten, the dots on the back are what the card is for. The figure, the word and the quantity sit next to each other on one card, which is three ways of saying the same thing and is the whole reason the back is worth printing.

Going further

The number page runs 1 to 20 and the hundred page runs 1 to 100. Both are this deck with from and to set differently, and both drop the dots above 20.
