Contact

There is no contact form and no published address, which is worth explaining rather than leaving as an absence.

Why not

This site has no account, no order, no delivery and no subscription. The things people normally need to write in about do not exist here. A form that reached nobody would be worse than saying so.

If a card looks wrong

That is worth knowing about, and it is the kind of thing that can be checked from what is on the page. Every deck states its own figures: how many cards, how many sheets, how many pages, what the file weighs. If one of those does not match what came out of your printer, the mismatch itself is the report, and it is visible on the page.

If the answers land on the wrong cards

Set the flip control to the other edge and print one sheet. That is the whole of the fix, and it is the single most common thing to go wrong when printing flashcards at home.

If a deck will not draw

The press refuses a sheet rather than printing a bad one, and it says why on the page: an empty box, more cards than it will set in one go, or text too long to set at nine points at that many to a sheet. The message names what to change.

What is not here

No account, no newsletter, no support desk. Everything this site does happens in the page in front of you.
